It has been too long
Hi All (all 10 of you faithful followers)
Life is sure fun, fast and fabulous. I hope that this note finds all of you well and having a blast with your families.
I just wanted to update a bit of where we are today. The kids have certainly grown and progressed in school. Robbie is now a Freshman and Petaluma High, with Alyssa right behind in 8th at PJHS. Emilly is doing well in 4th grade at St. Vincent's. All three are amazing and everyday bless me with love and laughter.
Work at IDC has been very fruitful since 2013 and I have really dedicated myself to leading our company. There have been many challenges, but I continue to learn something everyday about our industry, leadership and community which keeps me engaged and motivated.
Some new projects I have taken on for the year include Secretary at SVES Site Council, supporting PHS Basketball program (continued passion of our family) and striving to keep a balanced schedule with work, home and community.
There are many new friends, adventures and projects in the future that I am certain will take all my time so don't be surprised if it takes over 3 more years to update this crazy blog again.
Feeling Blessed.

Your brother and sister are your favorite compainions
You started a new school and have made friends very easily
Basketball is your favorite sport, and you can make baskets on the 10' hoop
You don't like too many foods, your favorite meal is Steamed Clams
Your favorite color is purple
You have a stuffed animal collection called the Candies and they all have huge eyes.
My Little Pony is your favorite TV show.
You are the apple of Mommy's eye and you are always by my side. Happy Birthday sweet girl!!

Look who Turned 10!
If you know me, you know that my world flys past FAST!
It takes a quite day like today to realize how fast it has gone by, and what special moments I have not had time to share on this funny little journal I share with you all.
One of the most important and special persons in my heart had a monumental birthday back in March - Alyssa Turned 10!! Double digits baby!
Can you believe that 10 years have gone by in just a blink of an eye. What was my sweetest little bundle of fun is now 10, still a funny girl with creative ideas and thougths, a wise view of the world and a smile that makes the darkest days bright with love.
We just happened to be in Hawaii during this monumental day and celebrated with a "Day of Alyssa". Surf lessons, shaved ice and fun in the sun is all she requested.
As you can see.... She had a great time!

Winter Garden
Funny that Mother Nature can not decide if it is Winter or Spring around here.
Over at Plant'n Panthers, we are gearing up for a re-vamping of our campus garden. I will post here some of the before and afters in the next few months.
This was a beautiful little flower garden along a park path Robbie and I passed the other day....

38 and Fabulous!!
"Thirty-eight sounds so much older than thirty-seven don't you think??" my dear friend said to me last week. Only two or three weeks older than me, she hit the milestone a bit sooner. "Well, only if you let it" is what I had to respond. Honestly, yes it does sound and feel a bit older. Yet it is still a bit further till we are rounding 40. (the new thirty, right?)
Life is very grown up now - The kids, house(s), social responsibilities not to mention your body has more aches and pains and the increasing trips to the hair dresser to hide the grey!!! Oi Vey.....
But there is so much more to an age then that.... It is 38 years of happiness and experiences that have made us all into really complex and fun human beings with much to offer the world.
It was a quieter birthday celebration then many past. Quite long lunches and coffee breaks with dear friends. A quite dinner with my sweet husband and children. Fun impromptu taco dinner with my parents and a lovely day of pampering in the middle of the work week.
Also - I gift to myself. Home Made Chocolate Chip Cookies!!
"Mommy, you make the best cookies" - thanks, I respond between bites!

Still Out Here
So it is here - the new year!!! About to celebrate my birthday once again. In reflecting where I was a year ago and my desire to start a blog... I think I did pretty good. I could beat myself up and say that I didn't post enough - but darn it, I think I did OK for my busy self.
This year my goal is to get at least 2 post or more a month. Need to document more of our fun times.
We are off to a slow start with photo documentation. Have had a busy weekend of basketball, 4H and school, just to name a few of the activities that have kept us busy the first 10 days of 2012.
Setting some physical goals: Joining my good friend Dana and going to log 365 miles of running or walking this year. Will shrink down a few pounds and increase my lean muscle by 10% and change my dress size as well.
Friendship Goals: Have my cherished lunch date with bestie Tasha every month as well as some fun craftin' time with Dana.(?? what do you say) Bunko is always a highlight of the month (maybe I will win some day in 2012!)
Would love to re-connect with old friends that are living far away - find a way to spend even just 1 day with them. It is our 20 year High School reunion this year!! - should be a great time
Social Goals: I would like to get a start on our Foundation, finish up the Plantin' Panthers Ocean Guardian Grant strong. We need to create a new organic garden on campus.
Looking forward to bringing down the house with the Penngrove Idol's once again this year as well.
Isetta Data Goals: Well we had an amazing 2011 and worked with some pretty amazing companies. Riverbed Technology, Regus HQ (new office we helped open in the states of CA, WA, AZ) ,BioMarin and many many more... Can't wait to dig into more projects with them and with the contract work we have locally with Northern Electric this year.
Financial Goals: Be on our way for Debt Freedom. Have in place a strong plan for the kids education and retirement.
One thing I must strive to do, which is just not natural for me is to NOT DO SO MUCH!!! Can't take on the world Stacey - Need to slow down and enjoy all the wonderful people, landscape and events that are around me everyday. Celebrate the Moments!!!
Staying Motivated in 2012!!

Day 5 - Can you believe PLANKING??
I am not sure where this all started, but Alyssa has falling into the fad of PLANKING!!
Everywhere we went, every time I turned around, Aly was flat and flying through the air!
Emi even thought that she would give it a whirl!

Day 4 -
We are now on day 4 - Thursday 9-29
Morning of hanging out in our PJ's, working from home and watching cartoons. Then, off to the gym to meet up with Emilly's friend Logan and swim team practice for Alyssa. Alyssa then had a fabulous overnight play date with good friend Ava Whitehorn. They created their own Project Runway - paper doll fashions.

Day 2 - Cousin's Day
The day was filled with fun times with our cousins, Olivia and Nathan. Spending time at the gym's kids room, the ranch and then back to the gym for a much needed swim. Had to have been the hottest day of vacation - near 100 degrees.
Emilly has her soccer game later that evening.
We won!

Day One - A Giant's Date
Well, it wasn't an event that we shared with the kiddos. They were off celebrating their Cousin Jared's 14th Birthday. Andy and I had a night away in SF to cheer on the giants and enjoy the amazing SF weather. As you can see, the seats were unbelievable and best yet, we were hosted by a client!
We stayed at my favorite hotel, the Harbor Court right across from the Ferry Building. We enjoyed breakfast at the Market Bar and then checked out the Fabulous Farmers Market. A night away.....it will give me energy and strength for the next 21 days!!!
I love my city!! Can't wait to spend more time there in the next few weeks.

New Project for Fall Break - The Beginning
The kids are on Fall Break, which I have happily renamed "Second Summer". The next 21 days are going to be crazy - fun and restful. I am motivated to not let everyday be pajama day, I am going to post 1 thing we do everyday to you all so you will keep my plans in check!
To start off, this picture is from earlier in the week. I grabbed this sweet shot last Sunday when my niece and nephew, Olive and Nathan were over. The boys love their sports, and Sunday Football is on the top of the list.
Stay tuned to see what the next 3 weeks have in store.....

To the Bride and Groom, Kassie and Dave. July 30, 2011
My sweet and loving Sister-in -Law, Kassie (whom I have known since she was eight) was married this weekend to her one and only, David Parno!!
This week has been one filled with love and excitement. I think the ones who where the most excited where all the kiddo's! They were oblivious to the stress and hustle and bustle that always goes with "putting on" a wedding. They really understood what an honor it was to be a special part of the day and made sure they took it all in! Thank you Kassie and Dave for showing the kids so much love. We wish you a lifetime of Love, Joy, Good Health and Fortune!

School Started!!
Can you believe that our summer has come and gone. Today (Monday July 18, 2011) we started school. The kids had a great first day!! Each one of them excited for their new classrooms, new teachers and some new projects.
Emi is now a big 1st Grader and has a longer day. She was tired and crashed once she hit her pillow.
Robbie and Alyssa like their teachers and neither one complained at all. If fact, Alyssa got up at 5:50am and was completely ready by 6:45 - motivated by the possibility of some YouTube - American Girl computer time.
Robbie is now in 5th, Alyssa in 4th and Emilly in 1st.
Robbie gathering with his buddies. Kenny, Rob, Valor, Andres and a new guy! Can you tell that the cool thing to have is a flat hat!
Emi, her new desk and a hug from her best friend, Sofia Henderson
I don't know this girl (Alyssa). I guess the 4th grade attitude is "Don't take my picture!" Too Bad
